October 2020 Praise and Prayer

PRAISE I got to meet my 12th great-grandchild last month in Columbia, SC. (I have 14!) What a joy for Great Grandma!

And then I spent the rest of September sending each of our 1,000+ students a prayer for him or her as they take their free certificate course. All the “gracias” coming back have filled me with joy and amazement.

PRAY Some of our students are writing that they don’t have consistent electricity, some don’t have funds to rent web time from their neighbors, some are overwhelmed with Covid and deaths and sicknesses, some have not been able to fix their computers… the list goes on. But they want to learn and will not give up. They are our heroes out there in their world where life is a challenge. Our prayers mean so much to them. Thank you!
