Hurricane Helene has kept us alert and anxious. Helene missed southern Florida and to our knowledge, all those in our LOGOI (and personal) family in her path are safe up and down the eastern coast. We are indeed thankful.
We are constantly informed of disasters and struggles in the continent south of us. Argentina is facing a sharp rise in poverty. Street violence and theft in Cuba are higher than ever. Severe droughts throughout Latin America are the worst in 60 years — especially in Ecuador.
We know that regardless of what happens in our world, those who belong to the Lord are eternally safe in His hands. How wonderful to be in the “business” of helping equip men and woman to proclaim the Gospel and lead others to Jesus. This is a very needy world and we are grateful to be a little part in helping spread the Gospel with our spiritual army of over 30,000+ pastors, leaders and lay people who are part of LOGOI’s ministry.
