September 2025 Prayer and Praise

The summer months for missions is always challenging. Les always reminded us that we depend on God, not man.  We constantly learn to trust and have faith for our Lord to supply our needs.

As an aside from our LOGOI Spanish website filled with courses, resources, sermons, articles, questions and answers, and children’s Bible lessons – I have been busy sewing children’s clothes for one of our national missionaries in Honduras.  Approximately 63% of Hondurans live in poverty. The country also faces high rates of inequality, food insecurity, and violence.  And there lives one of our national missionaries, Daniel Reyes, who is looking forward to our “cups of cold water” going to him soon.  He worried what it would cost, and I was glad to tell him it would cost him nothing. As I sew these cute little things, I pray for the little ones who will get them and pray they will learn that Jesus loves them.

I am so happy getting to serve the Lord alongside these faithful servants who welcome me as Abuela Carolina reaching out to the children where they live.

Thank you for praying for this little project as well as all our Bible resources.
