The Ten Commandments

Jesus Himself underscored the great importance of the Ten Commandments when He told us that these precepts hold the secrets to loving God and loving our fellow man:
 
“‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
 
When others compete with our love for God and our fellow man, our relationship to God and to others is ruined. Living life to the fullest then is a matter of love, begging the questions: Who do we love? What do we love?
