AUGUST 2022 PRAYER AND PRAISE

There are always big hurdles staying in contact with our LOGOI family in Cuba. Things we take for granted, like getting email or using our cell phones, can be big struggles for many in Cuba. Such was the case with Lázaro, our national missionary we’ve introduced to you these past years. We usually stay in fairly constant touch when suddenly, he became impossible to reach. This caused us concern as he was scheduled to begin taking our Bible course (Cómo estudiar la Biblia). After a month, Lázaro finally sent a message saying his phone had broken but he was finally able to get it working again. (Remember, over 70% of our LOGOI overseas family connect with us via their cell phones.) We were greatly relieved and once again reminded how “easy” we have things here in America versus Cuba and other places in our world. So, please pray with us that we will be able to stay connected with Lázaro. He is helping several others begin their LOGOI Bible study(s) and being able to stay connected with us is important. We’re so glad he and others want to grow in their knowledge and wisdom of God’s Word. We take so much for granted here in our country! Pray for Lázaro and his indomitable spirit as he so faithfully serves the Lord.
