April 2021 Prayer and Praise

In our warehouse, there are 150 of our Guía Pastoral notebooks. They are beautiful: full color, wonderfully illustrated pages full of theology, sermons, leadership, pastoral helps, and more. It was designed so that each article is like a mini-seminary class for a Spanish pastor. (The notebook weighs over 4 pounds!) They are not doing anyone any good sitting in storage, so we have decided to give them away to Spanish pastors in the US.

But there is a catch: to be eligible to receive one, they have to send us their bio and tell us what God is doing in and through their lives and ministry. Would you pray for this project? We want to learn more about what God is doing right here in the USA with Hispanic churches and ministries…especially as we are all so aware of what is going on at our southern border and the challenges these churches have today.

Meanwhile, over this wonderful Easter season, our Holy Week resources are moving into pastors’ hands throughout the world. It so encouraging to see pastors and teachers preparing to share the Good News and help build up the church, the body of Christ. Of course, we are also fascinated and thrilled when we see “national missionaries” coming from non-typical countries like Germany, Japan, and Netherlands Antilles. “Thank you, Lord, for allowing LOGOI to be a part of helping, encouraging, and equipping so many men and women throughout the huge Spanish-speaking world.”
